Finally, I’m going to Arizona again. This time to visit my cousin but would love to catch a car show this weekend. So Phoenix area guys!! Where the show at???

Make sure and see Taliesin West - Frank Lloyd Wright’s home. Was in Phoenix a while back, didn’t go. Damn ....

Well, there’s a impromptu car show every Saturday at The Pavillions in Scottsdale, off of Indian Bend near the Talking Stick resort/casino. There’s also the obligatory Cars N Coffee at the Penske Museum in Scottsdale. 101 and Scottsdale Road.

The first Saturday of the month has a show at the Gainey Village Shopping Center on Scottsdale Rd and Doubletree Ranch.

I did not know about that C&C. I always go to the one at Scottsdale and Raintree. Is it better?

You chose a great weekend. My Saturday will start at C&C on Scottsdale Rd and Raintree Drive. Then I'm headed to the good guys show. And I'll finish my night at Scottsdale pavilions.

Pavillions is usually around 5pm or so. C&C probably around 7 or 8 am.

I sort of specifically chose this weekend because I saw that they have the car show at gainey on the first weekend.

The Pavillions show has a lot more custom rides and more attainable cars. I’ve seen Skylines, Ariel Atoms and the usual glut of muscle and JDM. Doesn’t usually bring the super high end exotics, but I have seen an Enzo there.

Pretty good. I think it’s better than the Penske one. Make sure you’re there early, since some people leave right when it starts.

Ahh yes, the cars who arrive an hour before the show starts. I remember that from cars and coffee Irvine. People would start showing up at 6 even though it didn't start until 7 but if you get there at 7 it's pretty packed.
